Martyn Houghton Posted June 18, 2019 Posted June 18, 2019 When creating an API key with an expiry you select a date, for example the 23rd June 2019, but the expiry date gets set to the previous day at 01:00hrs. I suspect there may be a bug with the timezone calculation, as you would expect the expiry to be 00:00hrs on the 23/06/2019 or even 23:59hrs on the 23/06/2019. Can this be looked at please. Cheers Martyn
Victor Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 @Martyn Houghton - I have asked our dev team to look into this. Will keep you updated.
Martyn Houghton Posted April 14, 2020 Author Posted April 14, 2020 @Victor Has there been any progress on this? At the moment every-time I generate an API Key for support or integration, I have to remember to add a day. Cheers Martyn
Deen Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 @Martyn Houghton I understand this is still an ongoing issue. I'll speak to our developers to see if they can get this sorted.
Martyn Houghton Posted April 21, 2020 Author Posted April 21, 2020 @Deen Thanks for the update. Cheers Martyn
