I have linked a document to one of our test requests, but the document is not shown on the Customer Portal.

Is there a setting I needs to change to enable the visibility of linked Documents on the customer portal?

Thanks for your posts.  At the moment this option isn't available.  The Documents using the Document Action are only available to support staff.   I'll have a look to see what options we can provide to make this possible.
