At the moment we would like the sla for internal metrics and we don't want to share this SLA with the customer, yet. My question is, once we apply an SLA to a service and therefore to a request, the customer will see the SLA?
Martyn Houghton Posted July 27, 2018 Posted July 27, 2018 @Giuseppe Iannacone Currently only the SLA Resolution target can be shown on the portal, but this can be enabled/disable as per @Bob Dickinson first reply on the post below, referencing the setting guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.showResolveByDate.
