Hello

Really liking the Knowledge Centre search idea, however, would it be possible to change the search criteria to an 'AND' clause rather than an 'OR' clause?

Obviously this is just my opinion, but I think that (especially if you have a lot of knowledge documents) the 'OR' clause will mean a LOT of documents and FAQ's being returned, whereas an 'AND' clause would help to whittle the results down a little more.

Following on from @Paul Alexander, point about the default logic. In the current settings are those matches which do fit the AND clause (or more of them), are these ranked higher in the display order?

yes, the search results are displayed in order of relevance:  the more matches the higher the rank

Aha.....yup, that works thank you. I was looking at numbers rather than order of relevance......that's fine thank you.
