davidrb84 Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Good afternoon, We are currently in the process of building up our Service Manager instance and have got as far as populating our wider user base, including their email addresses. We want to have email services enabled to test the various email notifications and functionality, but I am concerned about mistakes causing emails to go out to real users (those not in the project team) Is there any way to limit outbound emails to a smallish range of addresses?
Steven Boardman Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 Hi @davidrb84 no option to limit the addresses an email will be sent to i'm afraid. One option to consider is to create a TEST service, and only subscribe the project team to this service, and then for testing link your progressive captures and business processes to this test service and it's catalog items. This way it won't be possible to raise a request against a non project member as they won't be subscribed to the test service. Hope that helps Steve
