Summary not being pulled into email

Hi all,

I have an issue where the summary or a request isn't being pulled into an email sent from the request. Any ideas why?

@Dan Munns incorrect variable syntax. The variable is {{.h_summary}} or {{.H_summary}} or {{.H_SUMMARY}} (depending on how you want to capitalise the summary content)

@Victor you know, I couldn't see it for looking. 

In my (weak) defence, I didn't set up this CI or email template. 

Oh well. You can tell I am going on annual leave tomorrow for a week.......
