Dan Munns Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 Hi all, When logging an incident ticket from the service desk they are still getting the below: I believed that I had turned this off by switching the setting app.itsm.progressiveCapture.requestDetails.quickRequestsPin to off but apparently this isnt for that. Can someone tell me the setting to remove this quick requests beta please? Thanks
David Hall Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 Hi @Dan Munns Just checked and that is the correct setting, so when switched to off it should hide the templates. It could just be a caching issue so possibly just try logging out and back in to pick up the updated setting. Kind Regards, Dave.
