Error Code 1 - Could not connect to Server.  Occurs for us all our end.

Please assist.

@shamaila.yousaf there was an issue with one of the resources servicing your instance which cause the service disruption. We have fixed this now so all should be ok now. We are investigating the root cause of the issue and update as soon as we have more information on this. Apologies for the inconveniences caused.

@Victor I'm getting reports of the same error but its not stopping us working (I saw it when looking at a request list with 207 tickets) approx 11:03

Seems ok now but appreciate if you can check our instance
