Martyn Houghton Posted September 6, 2017 Posted September 6, 2017 When updating requests from the shared mailbox using the the 'Apply to Request' option, it would be a really good option to be able to set whether the status needs to be changed on the email window, expecially when you are using Sub-Statuses. When you update an request with sub status automatic updating on the request comes off hold, which most of the time is correct, however there will be some emails (out of office responses, ' I try that and get back to you' etc) which need to leave the status unchanged. Having the option with in the 'Apply to Request' screen would save having to leave the the shared mailbox, open up the request, put request on hold again, complete any falsely triggered activities and then find you place back in the mailbox.
