lee mcdermott Posted May 22, 2017 Posted May 22, 2017 Hi, is this a known issues by any chance or has anyone experienced it? Basically some calls when selecting the print icon does not do anything for all analysts, but other calls it works fine on? Any ideas thanks lee
Martyn Houghton Posted May 22, 2017 Posted May 22, 2017 @lee mcdermott We are aware of an issue with the Print Button on historic incidents loaded in to Hornbill from Support Works, which I believe the fix for is in the next release of Service Manager. Cheers Martyn

Victor Posted May 22, 2017 Posted May 22, 2017 @lee mcdermott is just a coincidence that for @Martyn Houghton the print button is not working on imported requests. The cause of the issue is located in the timeline entries... As Martyn advised, it will all be working in the next update
