David Hall Posted April 21, 2017 Posted April 21, 2017 Hi @Sonali You can use the Entity -> Requests -> Update Request -> Resolution Text process within an automated task as shown in the screenshot. Enter you own resolution text and choose to overwrite the existing resolution if required. Hope that helps. Regards, Dave
