Hi

Can you please tell me if it is possible to update/enter the resolution within the BPM? I am create a specific service request and the resolution would be the same for every request. How can I set this up within the BPM

Hi @Sonali

You can use the Entity -> Requests -> Update Request -> Resolution Text process within an automated task as shown in the screenshot.  Enter you own resolution text and choose to overwrite the existing resolution if required.

I unable to see resolution text in the drop down. See attached

@DeadMeatGF Thanks for that. 

@Sonali Yes, before you update Service Manager you wouldn't have the Resolution Text option but after updating Service Manager it comes up.
