fisky Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Is there a way to filter the list of priority's based on the call type? Ie only certain priority's will be shown for Requests and Incidents.

You can limit them in the progressive capture based on a customer form and then map them in your BPM to the actual prioritites. We raised in the post below about linking priorities to a service/service level, rather than them being global. Cheers Martyn
