Box not disappearing at the top of the screen

Hi I've noticed that sometimes when I'm viewing a call I seem to be left with part of a box at the top of the screen (left hand side).  Both myself and my colleagues get this crop up occasionally.  Has anyone else experienced this?

This issue was reported and fixed a few weeks ago. I noticed that you have not updated your system for a while. Is it possible for you to run the latest update and let us know if this box disappears for you.

I'm waiting for the issue from the latest release (requests opening in a new tab) to be resolved before I update.  I shall check again next week for an update.

We noticed this issue a while back and I haven't seen it in a while, possibly as we are running build 920. I think its related to the Harry Hornbill System Notifications - if you view these that may stop that box (as a workaround).

@nasimg @Tina.Lapere this was a defect in Service Manager, indeed related to notifications - no workaround though... Permanently fixed in build 918 onward.
