  1. I have nodes to start/pause/stop timers for initial response and resolution sla's throughout all my BPM's but still nothing appears on my board

Great thanks, that's good to know about the Working Time Calendar, basically I have set up two lanes on my board 'breached today' and 'breached' I have also put in some escalation events (see below), I have exaggerated the timings in an attempt to get something to appear but my board remains empty. Does the business process need nodes to update the breach board with cards?
  3. Hi all, I have setup up a breach board also added some escalation criteria to one of my SLA's however no cards are appearing in my 'Breaching Today' lane. Do I have to add something to the BPM?
  4. Hi can someone tell me how to add 'department' when creating a report? Department is available in Platform Configuration> Organistaional Structure, however there is no department field available when creating a report in Service Manager??
