Hi, @Ricky I was going off this resource managedDevice resource type - Microsoft Graph v1.0 | Microsoft Learn I can try it as corporate and see how it goes, but the Hornbill side of the documentation doesn't mention which resource / api is used which is why I have assumed it is this one to see what values I can set. I'll let you know if there is any difference / issues

Is there an API to send an email from Hornbill? I seem to remember in the old documentation there was one but I can't find it in the new one?

I already have the updates, normal auto replies etc routing before this rule, its when partners or users have an auto reply that actually rule it just goes back and forth over and over

I have used this for a few weeks and it seemed quite useful, however, I have come in this morning to see an auto reply loop that has logged 'Thousands' of requests so this doesn't seem that feasible unless there is a way of preventing this loop? mainly when people are using rules opposed to actual automatic replies

For some reason in the past few days processes that have worked perfectly for the past year have started throwing this error, along with suspend and wait for attachments also. Has anyone else noticed this behaviour? ..the weird thing is I don't even have to fix them, just resume the process and it all goes green

I've had this on a few imports but it has eventually worked, however the user import just will not let me enter the apikey, it keeps freezing and dying

@philip ross you still have to treat is as the asset type it currently is, and update the h_type to the new type... I would only advise this if it is the same class!

Hi, I have some weird behaviour with the intune import for mobile assets, when I query all ios devices I get a return of 1953 devices, If I say return all ios and ownership is company I get 2105, How can this be? The reason I am testing this is because out of 2119 assets that I see in intune for corporate owned and are iphones, only 2036 are being updates, missing the last 83, adding to the query I stated a specific serial number of a device that was not updating, once run this worked and updated the single asset that otherwise was not updating, my only guess without seeing the code, is that the last lot of 100 from the api is not being iterated through? Can this be investigated please

Ahhhhh, don't do labels, and tick the bottom box also, labels are very strange on hornbill I just use a single line text field for all mine

tick the 'This field requires a value to be provided' box, and if this is conditional, do it in the conditional instead

yes I do this on multiple forms also the next/finish button will remain greyed out and they can not progress

just the manage applications access I believe :), it will display platform configuration dropdown, this will be blank though, and the hornbill solution center, it will display the install button will not let them install it, hope this helps

You can make a field read only, and mandatory to prevent the form from continuing
