Good day,
Hope you are well! Is there a setting where I would be able to set a maximum time of 8 hours on a Timesheet Manager Entry? I thought the timer would stop at 24:00, however it kept recording time well over it. We would like the timer to automatically stop at 8:00 for any given task. If a user would need overtime, they would need to login manually, again to record time over 8 hours.

Thank you! That Fixed it. I thought this part of the translations would have been taken care of by the utility, but I see that there are a few strings missing in each of our languages.

@Steve Giller, is there a response? We are experiencing a similar issue.

Hello @James Ainsworth , following up on this as we are still seeing "You don't have Activities for the day" in all Language options. I found it in the Collaboration Translations

Please add us to the same request, this would be very useful to our Management Team and would save us from creating a report export for the same information.

@Alberto M The overview, I think, shows your time data. Are you looking to see other teams? If yes, then you need to be able to view that team in Timesheet Visibility.
I am new to writing reports for timesheet. Are there any you might be able to share?

Good day to All,
is there a suggested list of canned Timesheet Manager Reports, Measures, and Widgets?
I see there are charts available on a per-ticket level, per person level, and per category. I would like to create a Timesheet Dashboard for Team Managers, and High-Level managers to see how much time is being spent. I've looked on and in the wiki, but have found only
https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Table_Info:_Main_Request_Table and https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Reporting
Are there other resources to train myself and then other users?

Hi James,
We have a custom report which we want to give access to our Leadership. How could we do that?
https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Write_Efficient_Reports Showed us how to create the reports, though not how to publish it to a specific Role/User?group. We would prefer some users only log into live.horbill and not admin.hornbillhttps://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Reporting gave us a bit of an idea to use Dashboards, but that would involve a layer of difficulty for which we are not ready at this moment.

Following this to receive update, I was just thinking to add us to the request. Thank you!

This is a great question, I would like to bring this back as well. We have a future request, that our instance should include some form of Assigned task (like a team meeting). Is this possible? How can we see a Team's tasks, so that we know if we can assign a meeting?

Good day,
Where may I find some of these translation strings? I went to the normal place and searched for "book" or "worker" for the filter, and everything is either translated or not found.
Where are the translations for the side bar? Ex: Bookmarks, internal chat, Activity
Same ide for the Mailbox:
Ultimately: the top ribbon

This is for the Customers (Basic Users)

Good day, In translating our customer portal, it seems this line is not translated in any of the languages. We use the Translation Utility (thank you), and then I go through the translation strings to ensure accuracy. Where might I find this string?

Good day! Dzien Dobry! Bonjour!
In our instance of the portal, our Polish Site would like to change the verbiage to "My Request" to "Moje zgłoszenia". I found the translation string, and have made the proper correction. Yodit came back very helpfully with guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.portals.servicePortal.requestlist.filter.myRequests, however this does not show as an option in my translation strings. Is there another place I should be looking? -
Thank you, that worked!

Good day to all,
In creating an email template, we find that the {{.H_datelogged}} comes out at a different time than the timezone of the Customer. Is there a way to log the actual logged time based on Customer Timezone?
Example: Request {{.H_pk_reference}} has been assigned to your team {{.H_fk_team_id}} on {{.H_datelogged}}
This returns:
QuoteRequest SR00001641 has been assigned to your team MD on 2021-03-30 10:53:39Z
The Customer had really logged this at 6:53:39.
Thank you for your help, as always!

Yes, thank you for the response. In some cases, group meetings lead to a user logging tickets, which then need to be handed over to end user as the customer. In which case, since the person who created the ticket isn't the customer, tracking can be lost. The emails are available, however it is tedious to search through ticket numbers. I created the Custom view, "Created by me" where the Field Created By is Daniella Goral. Should I work with analysts to created their own, or is there a way to code "me" into the View creation?
-
Thank you for adding it, we are now in process of translating for our plants!
-
Good day!
I would like to create a shareable view, which which show each analysts' tickets they have created. Currently, I can use the below, but that is not shareable with the rest of the User Teams, Is there a way to code "@me?" where "me"=analyst in profile?

Thank you, Please keep me informed once you add it. We will need to update our training.

Thank you! Please do, we've had a similar setting in our Shop Floor Timesheet, which was very beneficial to management.
