Hi Steve - thanks for speedy response. Yes I agree I would expect archived organisation to not show in the offered list as it seems natural to exclude it once archived. Not a massive issue of course and now that I am aware any more I archive I will of course just un-tick the 'add to organisation list' button. Makes sense to add as a possible enhancement to the setup

I have an external organisation that I have archived as no longer required, however it still shows in the offered organisation list in the Register screen - is this correct?
NB I have turned the setting off and it is no longer showing in our live portal

Thanks Steve - yes its just a BPM human task rather than using the authorisation functionality - thank you for picking it up> I presume I will just need to build a new BPM using the authorisation process to tie this down so that only CAB approvers can action the task. I will build a new CAB test process using the authorisation functionality

The timeline entry shows as below so doesn't say assigned to anyone - should it be showing as assigned to the CAB Approver here? 2nd image shows the completed task, and 3rd is the task drilled into:

Thanks for checking - nothing out of the ordinary around account settings. However, I have just had to reboot my laptop, and now when checking the field again it is showing the rename correct value - must have been something cached maybe in the browser.

I have attempted to rename a custom field I have added to the Contact configuration - it seems to accept the rename in the window but after refreshing it reverts to the original custom field name:
- renamed h_custom5 to 'Sites'
NB I have renamed the h_custom1 to h_custom4 with no issues (last image)

Hi All,
We have added a custom data field to our external customers (contacts) who are using our customer portal (still couldn't see an area for customer portal on the forum so this is under Employee portal).
This custom field is capturing their site from an offered list, and what I then wanted to do is update the custom field data in the customers contact records under a new custom field I have added under Extra Details. However I could not see if there is any automation's for this in a BPM - ideally I want the customer to register / request access for ACP and then update this site field in their contact within the BPM when raised. Is this possible? I could see options to update a customer profile / record but nothing for a contact record?
If this is not possible is this something that could be investigated to add as an enhancement please? We are looking to expand our external portal offerings to a larger audience, and being able to capture their site in the request and update this in their contact record would be very beneficial for us, as it would allow for reporting / tracking of access by Site and Organisation. We already have the Organisation to filter by, but a person can work for an organisation but be on a variety of differing sites.

Hi All
I have a change request where the change was sitting with our CAB approvers to review and approve in our weekly CAB meeting. However, it appears another user who just has normal change access and is not granted the CAB approver role was able to process the pending activity and mark it as rejected? Image 1 shows the task specifying only CAB approver's can do this task. Image 2 shows his roles he is assigned. Image 3 shows the custom change role and it's access rights.
Am I correct in thinking he should not be able to approve this task?

Hi All
I have a report where the scheduler failed - I went in to reset the date / time today but no date picker appears when selecting the date field? I have manually typed the date in, but unsure if this will work but wanted to highlight no date picker field comes up. Is this a known issue (searched for a post but couldn't see anything obvious)

Hi All,
We have a tailored page for our Joiners / Movers / Leavers on our portal as below (Image 1). So we do not present the basic service portfolio we have direct links to each catalogue item in the page below, and it's sub pages (Image 2 is the Joiner link on the sub page). I have noticed on occasion if I am raising a test request, but then hit Cancel in the IC process it sometimes takes me to the Service page (image 3). I wanted to see if this was expected behaviour ? And if there are any options to have it configured so that when Cancel is hit it returns to our configured page, and not the Service page? It is not every time but it does seem to occur randomly on a handful of requests.

Image 2 shows the Joiners sub page and clicking on the circled link below launches the IC:
Image 3 is the service page which we do not want to present and it is this page that occasionally will appear when cancelling the IC mid flow.

I am still seeing some issues around this - Sam is a member of our 1st line team for testing purposes and she is unable to reassign the activity for example - I will get some more details of an example from Sam when she returns tomorrow.
As previously confirmed I was definitely able to just reassign any task / activity prior to last week with no issues using Admin as I am not a member of most teams in our instance. I tend to have at least one task reassignment request most days (staff ill, staff on holiday etc), so would have come across this issue before now. The majority of our tasks do not have an owner specified in the BPM task node which is why most users come to me to reassign any tasks incorrectly assigned.

Just as a quick update I tested this some more, and I seem to be able to reassign activities in any requests where I am a member of the team, but I no longer seem to be able to change the activity on requests where I am not a member of the team, but previously was able to do this - has something changed please?

Archived external organisation still shows in the offered 'Select your Org' list

Sure no problem - i added a new organisation under Contacts / Organisation (image 1) and selected the show in org list at Registration (image 2) then added the org as subscribed to our external service (image 3). I then archived off the organisation without un-ticking the show in registration list option - Let me know if anything else required - thanks
