  1. I'm trying to setup the PowerBi connection, i have followed the instructions on Github, installed Microsoft Open R 4.0.2, installed the following packages httr and readxl. Copied the PowerBIDataSource_Report.R script and editted with our instance and API key however when trying to connect to the data source in PowerBI i get the error:

I'm not a PowerBI expert but if anyone has any ideas that would be great :)

  2. Hi All,

I'm sure I've been a post on this before, cant find it now that i need it of course :)

When exporting reports to PDF, Excel it displays a date format yy/mm/dd

I'm trying to turn this into gb dates dd/mm/yy before importing into PowerBi

Not got my excel brain on today either :/ lol

  3. Hi @Daniel Dekel, All,

Sorry to jump on this post, but i have also noticed Bulletin's when published seem to have a lot of empty space even if you do not use all 500 characters. If you do use all available characters there still seems to be some white space appearing.

  4. Hi All,

Not too sure if I have found a bug or if something isn’t updating right :)

Within the Employee Portal the ‘About Details’ are not reflecting what is entering into the Employee Portal customisation settings within Admin.

Within the Admin Portal I have written in the text box.

However, when viewing on the Self-Service Portal this text is not displayed as above.

  5. Hi All,

I hope you are well on this sunny Monday :)

I have noticed that when a Bulletin is added against a Service the ‘Show More…’ button is overlapping in front of the text behind when viewing on the Employee Portal.

Within the current UI it appears as:

    image.thumb.png.c2b8b4d91b163fef9c0b01385737200b.png

I have changed my view to the new UI and the issue remains (but a little better)

    Have i broke it :D

  6. @Victor Ah that is a shame too, the Feedback users submit is really useful for Service Improvements and would been good if we could configured it so its random weather the Feedback email went out based possible scenarios :)  It would be the same for our trust unfortunately where adding it as a task at the end wouldn't be an option due to workload and pressures.
But this might be a good thing to possibly add for the future not sure as to others options on this.

Thanks for getting back to me Victor :)

  7. Hi All,

Within our BMPs we have Feedback emails that get generated to ask users to log into the Self-Service Portal to completed Feedback on the service they received. These Feedback emails will go out to the users on every call they raise and as you can imagine if a user reports lots of issues, they will eventually get inundated with Feedback emails.

Is it possible to place some criteria to say only at random will it ask for feedback and send them the Feedback emails? Or if there might be another solution to this that anyone can think of?

  8. Hi All,

Not to sure if something has changed recently but when emails are being sent from Hornbill the display email address (when viewing the email in Outlook) is displaying what is populated in the ‘Display Name’ field in Hornbill.

Unfortunately to meet NHS guidelines the display name email must be in the format of; SURNAME, Firstname (TRUST).

This issue never used to happen, and emails used to display with the correct display name as seen in Exchange.

I can change the Display Name on Hornbill to meet guidelines however I was just wondering if something might have changed that suddenly stop this.

    Kind Regards,

    Chris

  9. @James Ainsworth - Hi James

Thanks for your help :) The document has slightly confused me.

I have checked the settings and ours are set like the below.

    app.request.pauseResolutionTimerOnResolve - Off
app.request.resumeResolutionTimerOnReopen - Turned On - i set this one to on.
    app.request.stopResolutionTimerOnResolve - Turned On
    app.request.stopResolutionTimerOnClose - Off

Do I enable app.request.pauseResolutionTimerOnResolve and turn off app.request.stopResolutionTimerOnResolve (I imagine when you turn on the stop setting the Resolution Timer cannot be restarted?) however, with the pause setting this can be restarted?

Then when the BMP follows the Re-Open Call route it should resume the Resolution Timer?

Ideally what we would like is:
The call is resolved, Marks the resolution checkpoint.
(already in place): The call then goes into suspect for 5 working days which gives users the choice to re-open the call. If not re-opened the status will go to close.

If the call is re-opened during those 5 working days, the resolution timer should resume, and the call status will go back to open.

    Hope this makes sense.

  10. Hi All,

I am a bit stuck and was wondering if someone might be able to help please :)  I saw under another post that we can now resume the Resolution Timer when a request is reopened. I have tried to configure this on our instance by enabling the setting app.request.resumeResolutionTimerOnReopen but it doesn't seem to work as expected (I think I am doing something wrong here :D)

When I Resolve a request it marks the Resolution Timer.

    image.png.b0e16cb6e6c23831364a6af9f1861cbf.png

When I reopen the request it doesn't seem to resume the Timer again.

I have also tried in the BMP to add in a node to resume the Resolution Timer but without a success :(

    Thank you,

    Chris :)
