Thanks @HHH that worked a treat, this will reduce my team having to manually apply the update to the request as well as allowing the call owner to pick up the updates as soon as the email is received!   3. I would like to know if we could cancel old activities as a bulk also. Previously we were assigned tasks in error where the call owner was in another team. Some activities relate to calls which have not moved past the Resolved state and some which appear as Closed. It would be useful to know so we can tidy up the older activities which are no longer required and have the calls moved over to a Closed state. We make use of tasks/activities our end and find these useful. Thanks Sxx

Further to the above it would also be useful to have 'my staffs requests' available under the search widget as well as 'connections' Users can filter from the 'requests' widget but it makes sense it is available at the top. At present we do not have an announcement to let users know when they have been added as a connection bit this is something we have on our radar and look to getting this sorted also. Hence the above being useful:) Thanks
  6. @Marythat is most helpful. We have some connections added via a Business Process and some we add manually as and when required. I have made a few changes my end and can see the connections in the portal. I have set the 'view' and 'collaboration' against 2 of our services, if we needed some of the catalog items within these 2 services to appear as 'view' only i assume we could apply this in our Business Process to override this if required?   7. Apologies for the delayed response @James Ainsworth. The rule fails so email remains in the inbox, this rule is number 2; the rule previous to this one is regex match on the subject line so not getting overruled by rule number 1. Thanks Sxx
  8. Does the search widget allow to search against connections also, if not can this be added? I see the 'My Requests' as an option but not 'Connections'. This would be most useful. Thanks Sxx
  9. On the employee portal, we have the requests widget. The requests appear, however; when we choose the connections option no calls are listed. Do we need to enable another setting at all to enable these to appear? Thanks, we should hopefully moving to the employee portal soon. Regards Sxx

  13. Hi, The rule works for the regex match in the subject but not in the body...everything looks right so not sure why this is 'failing'. Any assistance would be great. Regards Sxx

  19. I would like to create a widget to show the number of loan requests from those who answered Yes that they are self isolating. Currently the answer is not assigned to a custom field. The number being shown is not correct as the 'Yes' also picks up from other questions asked. Please see details attached. Thanks in advance all. Sxx

  21. Apologies for the delayed response @Deen, i do not see any filters my end, well not for the new 'Boards' . I believe the old 'Boards' did allow one to filter against the name. Regards Shamaila
  22. Ive cleared the cache in Chrome and refreshed as well as exit out of the browser and its still not moving past the single sign on. I'm using Edge for now..will see what occurs after a while. Thanks
