Is it possible to use the custom button to point at a locally stored file or application
Slightly different is it possible to set up custom buttons for all users? or does each user have to create their own

Is it possible to set a default value to a dynamic drop down selection box.
I see it can be done on a static list but down see any options on a dynamic one.

On the wiki is states "company logo should not exceed 300 pixels in width and 30 pixels in height" is this set in stone as we have a logo which would need to be taller to display at a readable size.
I have tried to change the size of the .png file but I guess it is hard coded the height.

Even changing the brand to No Match it still doesn't get to the Respond to Customer (Human Task). If it goes down the "owner" branch it functions correctly.

In this BPM I am dealing with an incident and everything works unless an owner is not assigned during Progressive capture.
What I have tried to do is add in a catchnet where if "global["flowcode"]["ownerid"]=="" then Assign Call to Creator, however this fails. What am I missing or is there an easier solution.
The other branch from the decision where"global["flowcode"]["ownerid"]!="" works fine.

I wasn't trying to go from the abort node. I just placed it there so I could save the BPM so I could screen shot it. I was trying to go from the checkpoints into the end parallel task but they would not connect.

Is it possible to update the Details - Description field with the answer from a question asked in capture.
For example the question is password reset - what system do you need password reset for. This answer then populated in the Details Description field.
