katy_palmer Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Is it possible to request an enhancement to add the holiday exclusions and then select which working time calendars you want to add them to? I am sure we are not the only people who have more than one working time calendar and as you can see adding the same thing multiple times is silly, when there could be a simple step to this to add the date and then select the calendar/calendars you want to add it/them to. 1
ljbrown Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Having just entered all the bank holidays for 2025 across multiple calendars I would also welcome this feature
katy_palmer Posted January 3 Author Posted January 3 Looks like this has been created I have just added holiday exclusions and was able to select to all calendars and you are able to set if they recur, great for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New year - THANK YOU!! I think one step better would be to set a date and then select recur, then set the specifics - first Monday of May (UK early May bank holiday), last Monday of May (UK May bank holiday) - this would be super - or select a group of preloaded bank holidays. 1
Ryan Posted January 6 Posted January 6 In regards to Katy's initial post, there is functionality currently available to be able to add an exclusion date to multiple calendars at once. You do need to have the rights to be able to update the SLC for this button to be available. Screenshot below: As for the latest post, suggesting the import of a set group of preloaded bank holidays. I will raise this internally, to discuss whether this is something we could add in the future. Ryan 1
katy_palmer Posted February 11 Author Posted February 11 Thanks Ryan, this would be extremely worth while doing or the possibility of selecting certain countries bank holidays
