Adrian Simpkins Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 Hi All I have noticed today that the number of full user licences issued on our instance dropped 1 so it now shows as 388 of 389. However, when I check the allocated User list in Platform Configuration it shows 389 allocated? Has anything changed that may affect this at all please? I have double checked this and definitely 389 listed in the User admin but shows as 388 of 389 still at the top Many thanks Adrian Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
James Ainsworth Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 This might be related to the Admin user being listed and counted in the list, but the Admin user doesn't take up a subscription license. I'm not aware of any changes.
