Bulletin Sort Order lost upon editing

When adding or updating a Bulletin the previous sort order seems to be lost, so where I have dragged/dropped bulletins in to a specific order they always pop back to the order of the creation date.  Minor issue but would be helpful if this could be fixed.

We identified and addressed this issue; the fix will be available in one of the upcoming releases.
