On-hold tickets not greyed out

Our on-hold tickets used to be greyed out however today they are showing the same as open and new ticket's. Is this due to the new view or some other reason? Is there any setting that I can change so they show as greyed out?

+1 for us please. Same issue, on-hold requests appear as every other open one. 

That setting in the screenshot didn't change anything for us regardless of choice.
