How to add picture on the form to present?

I made a form which i need at the end to display a PDF picture, how do i make it shown? I would appreciate if someone give me an understandable guide to follow hoping for it not to be over complicated

Can you just clarify, please?
Are you wanting to display a picture, or a PDF file? These are two very different things.

Hi Steve sorry its a picture of a diagram, does it need to specifically be in any specific format like JPEG?

Most image formats will be fine, the clarification was because PDF is a document, not an image, so that can't display on a Capture form.

The short version is that using HTML tags is possible in the Label and Description fields.

To complement @Steve Giller's post, you can upload them to the Image Library under Platform Configuration.

Once uploaded, you can then copy the Public URL for that image, then as Steve mentioned, you can use the HTML Tags / Wiki Markup to display the images in the Intelligent Captures, or even on the Employee Portal.
