We were able to find the problem and are working already on a solution and and a patch to solve it ASAP. The request is being logged but the redirection to the request view is the one that fails. Adam Toms Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 Morning, We started getting reports of this issue on our instance late yesterday afternoon. I note overnight there has been an update to the UI and ESP. It's not clear to me from the release notes, whether this specific issue has been addressed in one of those patches, or whether this is a patch per instance with the fault being reported.
