Is there a way that a user can be a member of two queues at the same time please? For example, a user is a member of the project management team but also a member of a managers group. When they are assigned an incident, they then have the option of putting the incident into their manager queue rather than the project managers queue, in order that the stats will show against the managers rather than the project manager team? James Ainsworth Posted February 2, 2024 Posted February 2, 2024 If the members of the managers team do not require request assignments, you can turn assignments off for either the entire team or for individuals within this team.
