Service Manager - Assigning requests & Assets

Hope you are well.

Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way when assigning a request to a third party that we can force the person to add an asset before progressing to the next step and display a message similar to "Please link the relevant third party asset".

This depends on where in the lifecycle the assignment happens.

If it can happen anywhere, probably not easily.
If it always happens in a specific place in the Workflow a Suspend->Wait for Linked Assets node will ensure an Asset (but not a specific one!) is linked.
