I can see in some instances this is a large list. Is this possible to do through reporting or database direct? I had a search through the forum and found a post from 5 years ago with a database direct command but it produced no results. Steve Giller Posted January 11 Share Posted January 11 Most importantly, Database Direct is not a reporting tool - it can help to work out what information is in which table, or related to other data, but should not be used to build a report. h_itsm_servicesubscriptions is the linking table between Entities and Services.
