Is it possible to create a measure to query the current tickets open at points in time like this? Any advice and examples of the query would be wonderful. samwoo Posted January 11 Share Posted January 11 When we did our measures, I couldn't see any way to capture all the open tickets at points in time, so I had to just use the current open tickets from and advise the viewers that for a little while the count of open tickets will be the same for a while before you see any changes over the period. Sam P Posted January 16 Share Posted January 16 Yes its also my understanding that you cant go back and see the volume of open requests at a date/time in the past, because the date/time has passed.
