For a system cleanup, I need to be able to see what workflows and intelligent captures are assigned to services.
Is it possible to do this from a report?

I need to view historical backlog numbers per week for the last year.
Is it possible to create a measure to query the current tickets open at points in time like this?
Any advice and examples of the query would be wonderful.

I'm creating some widgets, Id like to view tickets logged yesterday.
Today is current_date
Should yesterday be something like subdate(current_Date, 1) ?
Cant seem to get this to work.
