ui issue Dark mode Scroll Bar - Intelligent Capture > Service Catalog view - no viewable

There seems to be a common issue across the UI with Scroll Bars when using the product in Darkmode. The latest is the scroll bar now deployed in the Intelligent Capture Service Catalog view. Example below.

Perhaps needs a more detailed look at the darkmode ui styling.
