First Time Fix

I'm trying to implement the first time fix into our business workflow. Even though I met all the requirments its not clear where it shows the first time fix on the resolved call.

The Gold Star is the indicator in the Information Panel:

There is also a Timeline entry if you have set this option in the Node:

I'd recommend setting the Timeline entry, at least during testing, as if the FTF was not met when you believe it should be it will tell you which criteria were met and failed.

I have updated the node, but still not showing as a FTF.

What does the Timeline entry say?

If there is none you'll need to set the System Timeline Update parameter to "Manual" with a value of "Yes" and ensure the Manual Timeline Update remains set to "Ignore"

@chriscorcoran The update that is posted to the Timeline will list what criteria were or were not met.

What does that Timeline Post say?
