Euan Coleman Posted August 1, 2023 Share Posted August 1, 2023 Afternoon, An issue occurred for us this afternoon when the shared mailbox deleted all emails within it. This wasn't manually done and we had to go through the deleted mailbox individually to recover them all. Has anyone else had this at all today? When they all disappeared from the mailbox the number of emails within this remained the same despite nothing being in it. When we started moving them back over this reduced to nothing again. Steve Giller Posted August 1, 2023 Share Posted August 1, 2023 There are settings to purge the Sent and Deleted Items, but these have a minimum value of 1 month so would not empty the folder completely, and would not affect any other Mailbox Folders. Aside from this there is no functionality to automatically move/delete emails within a Shared Mailbox - e.g. the Routing Rules apply before the emails arrive in a Mailbox and cannot affect emails already within a folder.
