enahancement Add the "unread colour" as an option in the high contrast settings

Hello

Please could I request the unread colour to be put as an option in the high contrast so I can change this in my veiw as well as the rest of the colour settings.

At the moment that "unread colour" is a global setting. 

I have changed all my colours to help with my accessibility but this one is I cant change
