Linking Parent Requests to Secondary Child Requests

Hi

I have a situation where I have a parent request that raises a linked request (child 1). The child 1 request also then raises a linked request (child 2).

Is there a way that I can link the parent request directly to the child 2 request so that both child 1 and child 2 are visible in the parent request and the parent request and child 1 are visible in the child 2 request?

If you mean that you want the 3rd Request to be linked to both Requests 1 and 2 and visible in the Linked Requests panel on both, only by linking manually.

Hi @Steve Giller, yes I think that's what I mean.  Basically there is a document uploaded in the 1st request that the analyst of the 3rd request will need to take a look at and I was trying to avoid them having to go into the 2nd request, and then from there into the 1st request to view this.  It seems this isn't possible then unless someone links the 1st request to the 3rd request manually?
