Euan Coleman Posted June 5, 2023 Share Posted June 5, 2023 We have been experiencing some issues with the hornbill over the past week where we have had buttons missing and had to refresh this in order for them to appear again and get to the next steps. Today as well as this we are coming across an error message when trying to create a new request and are getting the below error code. You can exit the page and re-create the job but then lose anything you have detailed on the request and have to re-type this information. Is there any maintenance being done or changes been made to cause this as it is causing us to double up the workload on many cases which is not ideal.
