I've followed the instructions in Request Sub-statuses - Hornbill to set up substatuses on our TEST service (incident) and whereas it appears to work, I'm mystified why the value in the "On Auto Off-hold change Sub-status to..." drop down vanishes when I leave the page. is there a save button I'm failing to see, or is there something else going on here... pretty picture attached. Nanette Posted June 2, 2023 Posted June 2, 2023 @Claire Holtham you're not missing a setting, we have identified a defect in this area, and this is being addressed and will be fixed in the next Service Manager build. Please note that this is a display issue only, the values are correctly stored and should work as expected. 2
