I've followed the instructions in Request Sub-statuses - Hornbill to set up substatuses on our TEST service (incident) and whereas it appears to work, I'm mystified why the value in the "On Auto Off-hold change Sub-status to..." drop down vanishes when I leave the page. is there a save button I'm failing to see, or is there something else going on here... pretty picture attached.
