Joy Posted June 2, 2023 Share Posted June 2, 2023 We have an automated monthly report (entity/request) where the Total on-Hold Time is inconsistent, and is not pulling through a value even though current status at time of report is status.onHold. Steve Giller Posted June 2, 2023 Share Posted June 2, 2023 That does not sound like an inconsistency to me - If the status of the Request is On Hold, it can't add the current On Hold period as it hasn't completed yet.
