Total on Hold Time not pulling through for all requests

We have an automated monthly report (entity/request) where the Total on-Hold Time is inconsistent, and is not pulling through a value even though current status at time of report is status.onHold.

Please can anyone assist?

That does not sound like an inconsistency to me - If the status of the Request is On Hold, it can't add the current On Hold period as it hasn't completed yet.

Once the Request is taken off hold the time will be updated.

Thanks for the info @Steve Giller, this has highlighted that there is an underlying issue that we need to investigate in the process. As there are actually several stages when the request will go on auto on-hold.
