Jeremy Posted October 31, 2022 Posted October 31, 2022 When looking in the admin panel for failed records of BPMs it doesn't load anything in the list. I know that there should be things in there as we are seeing some processes fail due to an incorrect node that we published but currently we are relying on analysts telling us when they break rather than being able to methodically go through and correct them. Please can this be looked into?
NeilWJ Posted October 31, 2022 Posted October 31, 2022 Hi @Jeremy, As far as i can tell this is working ok. There hasn't been any changes around this functionality for a while. You are viewing the list for the correct application right? sorry have to check :-) . That is the only thing i can think of. So assuming you are in the SM application view I assume it is empty for any of the status options "Failed/Cancelled", "Failed", Cancelled"? We will need access to your instance to take a look because it does appear to be ok on our test instances. Cheers
NeilWJ Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 @Jeremy, Update on this. It is likely the query is timing out due to the number of records in the table. Query has a timeout of 10 seconds. Discussing internally how we can improve that. I will let you know what we can do. Cheers
