Paul Welby Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Hello, We have had a senior infrastructure engineer leave, I am unable to archive the account and keep getting the below error. I have looked the team she was with and she is no longer a member of that team Just wondered if anyone else has this issue and if there is a work around to get it sorted Thanks Paul
Steve Giller Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 The error is showing that the User owns one or more Workspaces. You will need to reassign ownership of these Workspaces in order to archive the account. If the Workspace Owner is not available to reassign you may need to use the System Administrator account to do this.
Paul Welby Posted September 20, 2022 Author Posted September 20, 2022 Thanks for your reply Steve, unfortunately I am still struggling as I have checked and she hasn't any work spaces assigned to her?
James Ainsworth Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 Hi @Paul Welby Sorry, I just wanted to confirm that you have checked under the user's profile, on the Workspaces tab for any workspace that they are the owner of. If this is empty, then maybe we can have a look using Database Direct and see if there is another workspace owned by the user, that is not showing up here.
Paul Welby Posted September 21, 2022 Author Posted September 21, 2022 Thanks @James Ainsworth, that's done the trick, I managed to find that she was the owner of a work space and assigned it her to her Manager. Bit of a nightmare is this user as I am now getting a document error, can you point me in the direction to check this please
James Ainsworth Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 Hi @Paul Welby Document ownership will come under the configuration for the Document Manager app. If you select the Configuration cog, and then select Document Manager, you will see a Change Ownership option at the bottom. You then just need to type in the user's name and then select who you would like to assign the document to. Hope that helps.
