Add Logon ID to Service Manager User Details

Can we please request to add the Logon ID field to the user profile in Service Manager - potentially in the Job Details Section?

Could this also please be available in the Customer Section on Requests a field available to be shown?

This is tagged as an enhancement but it's rather vague.
Where are you expecting this to be shown?
Exposing a logon ID could be considered a security risk, so I would expect our Developers would need a very precise and compelling business case to consider this.
