Requests not updating 'live' ?

Hi All

I have noticed on a few requests the last 2 days that although an action has taken place - the request is not updating 'live'

As an example I raised a request where I can see the activity spawn in my windows pop ups, but the request doesn't show the activity unless I hit refresh. Normally i see the activity appear in the request without having to hit refresh.

Anyone else noticed this at all?

I'm not seeing this in my test Instance, nor in the Hornbill Instance itself.

If it's happening on a few requests rather than all of them it's likely to be environmental, I'm afraid.
