I would like to implement a simple star & 1 question across all service within one domain, within Incident and Service Request many thanks Andy 1
samwoo Posted May 13, 2022 Posted May 13, 2022 +1 - the ability to define global customer feedback, with the ability to select all or specifc services + request types they appear on would be great. This can then work in tandem with Service-specific feedback. 1
