Unable to find sent emails

Where can I view emails sent from instancename-mail@live.hornbill.com please?

To check that the process is working correctly, and in case of any internal email issues (i.e. not receiving an email from the above address), we would like to be able to check that the email was sent from Service Manager.

@Alisha I'm not sure I completely understand the question, and because it's being asked I'm assuming that "Sent Items" is not the correct answer?

As a first step I'd suggest checking Admin->Platform Configuration->Email->Direct Outbound as Shared Mailbox emails from are sent from mail-instancename@live.hornbill.com, not instancename-mail@live.hornbill.com
