Output capture questions and answers to a document

I have a scenario where I need to take selected / specific capture questions and answers and insert them to a document that can then be uploaded to a third party helpdesk (integration not possible).

Ideally the output would be an Excel or Word document and be prompted either via the BPM or by using an Auto-Task / custom button combo.  There would be no requirement for the document to be stored in a library, but should be attached to the request.

Is this possible?  Thanks in advance

@Sam P So we have done something similar and use the Google integration to create a document that can be downloaded or emailed.

If you have Office 365 you may be able to utilise Microsoft Flow to output too and create a document from that.
