Berto2002 Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 Assuming you know the data is there in the fields (you can check in Database Direct query), check that you have a Get Request Details node in the workflow before the Send Email node. Seeing the variable identifiers implies the data was not passed to the Email template by the BPM. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Berto2002 Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 The Get node needs to be after all the fields that populate your custom fields. The one at the beginning of the workflow will 'get' empty fields if all those update nodes follow it (unless they are set in the PCF) 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
