Customer does not see the cancellation button on the Employee Portal

Hi All,

I have a basic user who has highlighted they do not appear to get the option to cancel a request on the portal. I have checked her account and all associated configuration and all appears to be correct, and therefore I would expect this to appear. However she doesn't appear to receive the option to cancel as below - any ideas why this may be please?
