Adrian Simpkins Posted September 14, 2021 Share Posted September 14, 2021 Hi All, I have a basic user who has highlighted they do not appear to get the option to cancel a request on the portal. I have checked her account and all associated configuration and all appears to be correct, and therefore I would expect this to appear. Is the request a Service Request or Incident? the Cancel option only applies to Service Requests 2. Does the user have the Self Service Request cancel user role?
