Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way of automatically creating a job for example to complete an upgrade, once a month and assigning to a specified team? Thank you. Adrian Simpkins Posted September 9, 2021 Share Posted September 9, 2021 Hi Ann, We have some regular scheduled jobs that are handled just via a scheduled activity rather than a request. These can still be reported against the same as a request, so just wanted to highlight this as an option to consider. We previously had some scheduled requests to handle this activity but it was decided to remove these as a Request and just use activities as it potentially skewed our stats.
