Single sign on not working for a couple of users

We are using single sign on.

On a couple of users we are a error say the signed in user is not assigned to a role for the application. 

You look at their account and roles have be signed:

So not sure what this message first message is saying. One of the user was work a few months back and now get this error.

This will be something you need to liaise with your Azure AD team to resolve, this is an Azure error so the role(s) referred to are for the Azure app, not for Hornbill.
